Getting diagnosed with ADHD as an adult is a weird experience! My diagnosis back in September all happened very quickly and I suddenly found myself having to reevaluate lots of things about myself for better and in some cases, for worse. Here’s my VLOG series from the first two weeks after being diagnosed with inattentive type ADHD at aged 30.
