In this video Prakshi learns to ride a bike for the first time! Watch as she goes step by step building up the skills to pedal on her own. With the help of an REI Experiences instructor she finally gives riding a go after wanting to for years. Watch this video to see how she does on her first day, and see how you can do it too!

Prakshi is a filmmaker who lives in the Minneapolis area. She is a talented writer, director and editor and now...bike rider!

This video also features Kevin Frias, who is an avid cyclist, Bikepacker and content creator who lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Kevin spends a great deal of time getting out on two wheels, exploring, pushing his own limits, and making it easier for others to do the same.
