This video covers 7 standing exercises that are aimed at improving leg strength and range of motion after stroke. If you need more of a challenge than my inbed or seated leg strengthening videos, this one's for you! I show you modifications for most of the exercises, for safety and to protect your joints. Make sure to use a counter if a chair will not be stable enough for you. Use this realtime, 20minute workout video to come back to daily or every other day to keep your recovery journey progressing at home!
