It's important for athletes and runners to maintain fitness and strength despite limitations due to injury to keep training momentum going and be ready to rock once you are healed.

These are all exercises my wife Lisa used to stay fit during a recent injury, eventually returning to set personal bests from the 5k through the half marathon!
