What does hypersensitivity mean? In my understanding, it means being a highly sensitive person, someone who processes huge volumes of energetic information. Highly sensitive people are not just empaths — they perceive light, sound, word, memories and visuals more strongly than their peers. In this video, I will first discuss how this correlates with being an advanced soul (and what does being an advanced soul mean), and then offer an approximately 15minute healing meditation to begin working with your hypersensitivity.
