Follow
AR on AR

This episode provides an example of the kinds of structured training programmes you might adopt for adventure racing, whether for short sprint races, 48hr events, or even full blown expedition races.
It is aimed more at beginners than experienced racers, but there might be something to learn for everyone. It could also be a little eye opening for someone coming straight from triathlon, because there's a whole world of skills to perfect, not simply being speedy at running, biking and kayaking.
