In this video we’re in Madagascar, East Africa, and we’re going over to Michaels home village, where he and his family have invited us over for a family Malagasy celebration. One of the most special Madagascar foods is fresh goose, and we had 2 fresh geese which was stewed down along with pork. We also had the amazing zebu cattle meat, cooked until tender, and one of my favorite vegetables in Africa cassava leaves!

But before we go to Michaels village, we’re first stopping in the major city of Antsirabe to explore the vibrant and bustling market, try some local ingredients, and ride on a pushpush. Let’s explore the incredible beauty of Madagascar!!
