In this video, we were driving around when we noticed a house with a very old roof and gutters. We knocked on the door and offered the homeowner a free gutter installation. During our conversation, we learned that the family had experienced a tragic loss three months ago. After completing the gutter installation, we had a big surprise for them – a completely new roof, also for free. It was a very emotional experience for all of us.
