After C-Section Exercises (17-Min Postpartum C-Section Workout)

Today we are doing after csection exercises or 17min postpartum workout designed for csection recovery. We'll start with some gentle core csection exercises on the mat then stand up for some lowimpact safe cardio to get some feelgood endorphins circulating. You will want to wait until you have clearance at 68 weeks post csection. Remember to be kind and gentle to yourself. A csection in a major surgery so go slow. Exercises and stretches should not ever be painful.
