ingredients

1 cup of warm milk (240ml, 240g)
3 tablespoons of sugar (45ml, 36g)
half a teaspoon of salt (3g)
1 egg (room temperature, large egg, 50g)
2 teaspoons (10ml, 6g) instant dry yeast
3 cups of bread flour (720ml, 435g)
30g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
Egg wash 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk (15ml, 15g)

180 degrees (355F) convection (fan forced) for 18 minutes
