There are times when small happiness, like delicious meals or a warm bed, should be overflowing but still seem hard to see.
That’s why I’ve been jotting down ideas for coping with stress—what I call my "coping list."
Crying it out, swimming in a pool, visiting an art museum, doing nothing, going for a walk...
On this relaxing day, I decided to write down everything I could think of, hoping to stockpile as many ideas as possible

*[Cheese Fondue Pasta]*
Heat garlic and olive oil, add bacon and mushrooms, and stirfry with 1 tbsp white wine.
Add cooked pasta and cheese fondue.

*[Stirfried Turnip Leaves with Dried Fish]*
Heat sesame oil and stirfry turnip leaves with a pinch of salt, add dried baby sardines, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tsp sugar, and stirfry.
Add white sesame seeds, bonito flakes, and 1/2 tsp soy sauce, and stirfry.

*[Microwave Dashimaki Tamago]*
Mix 2 eggs, 1 pack silken tofu, 2 tsp dashi broth, and 1 tsp light soy sauce.
Microwave for 4 minutes at 600W, shape, let rest for 4 minutes, then cut.

*[Beef Tongue Stew]*
Quickly boil the blooddrained tongue and slice.
Sear the surface with butter.
Stirfry potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions.
Add 200ml red wine, 200ml water, 1 tbsp consomme powder, and the tongue, and simmer.
Add 1 can of demiglace sauce, 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tbsp sugar, then simmer.

*[Persimmon Caprese]*
1 persimmon, 1 ball mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

*[Baby Leaf and Watercress Salad]*
1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp grated Parmesan, a pinch of salt, and optionally, some prosciutto.
