Integrating "object detection" onto our platforms opens up a whole new world of possibilities. Recognizing objects paves the way for autonomous inspection missions using navigation and localisation based on perceived surroundings.

Seeing the objects being detected in realtime on the onboard computer is very exciting. Next steps are expanding the data sets to train the neural network to further improve the algorithms.
