Create a new project by clicking the 'New Project' button, continue by setting your project location and name, and then click the 'Create' button. Now, import your video into your new project. To transcribe your video, select the 'Text' option from the menu tab.

Part 2: TextBased Edit.
This Adobe Premiere Pro AI feature is to remove unwanted scenes by deleting them based on the text in the transcription. To do that, go to the 'Window' menu, select 'Workspace,' and choose the 'TextBased Editing' option.
