For the first time, Air France is having a top French Michelinstarred chef design the à la carte menus in its longhaul Premium Economy cabin. On departure from Paris, Frédéric Simonin, winner of one Michelin star and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has designed two dishes for Air France customers to choose from.
