we finally went on our first wing camping trip! I've been wanting to go for two years, and this was our test run.

we flew to a local grass strip that offered a campsite. the stinson easily fit all of our gear including water and wood for one night. we made dinner on the campfire and Keilan used his exceptional skills to make us a wonderful meal.

the flight up was bumpy but we had clear skies. heavy and gusty winds on approach for both days but the stinson handled it beautifully.

we made notes on what we would need for a longer trip and anything we might jabe forgotten. I would consider trip one a success! ✈
