Ingredients:
Apples 600 g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Starch 1 tbsp without a slide
Frozen cherries optional
4 eggs
Sugar 130 g
Flour 130 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Glaze:
Powdered sugar 50 g
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Water 1 tsp
Recipe:
Peel the apples and grate. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the apples evenly. Add some frozen cherries if desired. Sprinkle with sugar and starch.
Dough:
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder. Sift into beaten eggs. Stir the dough quickly at the low speed of the mixer. Put on apples.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees!
Roll the hot layer and cover with glaze.
