"Shyavige ottu" (shyavige maker) can be placed on the top of table and shyavige can be prepared effortlessly. It is completely produced from stainless steel material and arrangement of it's spare parts are very easy. As it is made from stainless steel material, it won't affect from rust in the course of time. Not only rice shyavige, but also other snacks such as chakkuli, kharakaddi can also be made by using this machine.


This video is all about preparation of perfect tasty and nonsticky rice shyavige. It is a south indian traditional breakfast recipe. The ingredient mainly required is rice. I have used Ananda brand boiled rice. It is best suitable for shyavige. Follow all the tips stated in the video to prepare perfect shyavige. Coconut milk is best combination for it. Also you can use cow milk with sugar, any sambar or tovve, menasukayi with it.

Salt to taste
Water
Coconut oil 5sp

For kayihalu:

Coconut milk 2cup
Jaggery to taste
