Here's a video recorded earlier tonight (12 Dec 2023) where I went into the DMZ to test the new Windows update plus the justtoday released nVidia drivers to see if they help with the "jitter" and "packet burst" problems. It ran better, but still had some problems. Nonetheless, it played acceptably well and I went from nothing, to fully kitted with a 3plate stealth armor carrier and a secure backpack. Here's how the journey went.

Originally, I was going to kit up exclusively in the Koshei Complex, but found a quick and easy game console which put me on the lookout for an ecrypted thumb drive to just get the 3plate stealth armor carrier right in AlMazrah, which I did. I also found a gold bar, which is a barter item (plus two beta boards) in the Koshei Complex for a secure backpack, so I decided to go for that.

I then hit some familiar haunts to find a medium backpack so I have room for everything I'd need, and found on in the first locker I hit. I quit looting on the spot and beelined for the barracks entrance to Koshei Complex (the "water entrance" in Taraq Village).

In the barracks, I found the two factory secret entrance keys, an L2 card, and a single beta board (needed to complete the secure backpack barter). I decided to emerge from the factory via D/2 and went through the chemical plant for entrance B/2 to search the "Information Extraction" (downtown AlMazrah city parking entrance) for the second beta board I needed. After finding it, I retraced my steps back to the factory administration wing of the complex to complete the trade and exit through the L2 via the 2nd exit key.

This 50minute run was a ton of fun! Because it was my 2nd run of the night and had just died the match before to the dickbag PVP'ers, the bots weren't in God Mode: I made it through this whole afair without using a single self revive. There was no PVP to waste my time. I demonstrated some great locations to search computers for encrypted thumb drives. I showed you how to blow open a secret entrance to an area where you go to find the 2nd factory admin key in the "water entrance" to get to the shop without needing to go through the chemical plant. I showed the kinds of places to search to find L2 access keys and beta boards. The only thing I DIDN'T do, was kill the bosses. But that's quite alright. Maybe next time.

If this game could be made not to freeze up with "packet burst" and run smoothly and work correctly all the time, there'd be no need for "new content." It's sufficient to explore all the areas and do all the different things this game has to offer...if it would only run right and just "work." I really enjoy it when the games play this well without the undisireable presence of other people.
