Although Hawaiian Airlines might be Hawaii’s official carrier, Alaska Airlines has been a huge part of the Hawaiian aviation scene for over 15 years. Although their service didn’t go above and beyond, they have a very solid product offering everything you need and expect for these mediumhaul flights. Flying on their newest and nicest plane made this 4.5hour journey quite enjoyable even in Main Cabin because of certain features such as comfortable seats, power outlets, mood lighting, larger windows, and quieter engines. Overall, I would say that Alaska has done a good job with its Hawaii flights and its route network is truly impressive.
