Hello everyone || this video is a response to some of your comments in my previous videos about which is the right service group you should go when applying for Canada, is it the immigration consultant or the recruitment agencies?

It could be confusing sometimes, so I made this video for you guys to guide you in your applications to Canada.

Immigration consultants are presumed to be knowledgeable in immigration, laws and procedures of visa applications and other matters of immigration.
It is usually headed or staffed with immigration lawyers and for Canada, these lawyers must be registered at the College of Immigration Consultants Canada (CICC).

These consultants can help you in your applications for :
Visitor Visa
Student Permit
PR applications in Express Entry:
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Federal Skilled Trades Program
Canadian Experience Class
Provincial Nominee Programs
Parents & Grandparents Sponsorship
Other programs and immigration issues

Consultants' services have corresponding fees which vary from program to program and on the preparation needs.

IRCC allows CICC registered consultants to be the representative of applicants in the application process.

On the other hand, Recruitment Agencies are those that recruit workers to fill up the job orders from various companies like those Canada jobs. These agencies screen applicants and forward them to the employers. The employers then, do the interview with the applicants either online or they send a representative to do the interviews locally. The service of the agencies can go as far to the work permit application, and up to the deployment of the workers .

There should be no Placement Fees for Canada jobs because the employers are the one paying the agencies to do the recruitment.

I suggest that applicants should check if the agency is legit by checking at the website of Department of Migrant Workers / POEA .

I hope that my video was able to give you some insight guys.

Thanks for watching.
