Ossur Flex Run This is a running foot. It's considered K4, and insurance won't cover these, however there are a ton of opportunities for grants and scholarships to help pay for these. I got mine through the Challenged Athletes Foundation, but there are many programs. Amputee Blade Runners is another wellknown organization helping athletes get access to more dynamic feet.

Biodapt Versafoot This is a highly specialized foot for activities where ankle flexion is important. I use mine for snowboarding and mountain biking. Many athletes use them for weight lifting so that movements like squats are easier. Like the Flex Run, it's a K4 foot, and insurance will not cover it, but grant and scholarship programs can definitely help.

Fillauer All Pro This has been my every foot for most of my time as an amputee. It's soft, comfortable, and pretty dynamic. However, it's not great with pants due to the curve. I'm able to wear the full 12inch version due to my height and short residual limb, but there are also 10, 8, and 6 inch versions. At the smaller sizes, they're a bit stiffer to walk on.

College Park Soleus This was my first foot, and I still regularly use it today. Unfortunately, when I chose it, my weight was in a spot between two weightratings, and we went with the softer foot at the lower weightrating. I loved it. Just the right amount of flex in the toe, and pretty dynamic. However, after breaking two (not catastrophically or dangerously), they sent me the one for the higher weightrating. Now I'm on the lower end of the weight rating, and it's just too stiff compared to my other feet. For the most part, it's become my foot for rougher activities and things like the beach. Since it's no longer under warranty, I don't have to worry about voiding the warranty. And since it's heavier duty, I don't much have to worry about it getting beat up or breaking.

Ossur Proflex XC Torsion This is my newest foot, and it's becoming my daily foot. However, with any new socket and setup, it takes time to get used to it, so wearing it all day every day isn't great yet. The foot is dynamic and works great, but it's also the first foot I've ever had that is the right size (28cm vs. 29cm). That 1cm may not sound like much, but when you have to get your weight out over your toe to get your foot to roll over, the shorter foot means I have less leverage to counteract with my weight.
