The updated 1100 series ps5 is 7.8 pounds. The new 12000 series digital console weight is 7.3 pounds another 200gram lighter—almost half a kilogram from the 1000 series. WOW!.... so the next test is. the power wattage on all 3 ps5 models. Let's dig in. the 1000 model wattage consumes about 218 watts. the 1100 model wattage consumes 229 watts. and the 1200 new model wattage consumes just 201 watts.. that's crazy right?... all models are quiet while playing games but the 1100 models are better for both models. Now, let's check the thermal temperature on 3 models. on the 1000 model is 53 centigrade. 1100 model is 63 centigrade. 10 centigrade warmer than 1000. 1200 model is 51 centigrade.
