A new (and generally welcomed) feature introduced in Nickelodeon AllStar Brawl 2 are the Slime Meter Ultimates. A lot of fighting games have super moves or moves characters can use by charging a meter progressively in the match or by using moves that charge the meter faster.

In this game, the Slime Meter can be charged by hitting the opponent, getting hit, powerups (Campaign Mode), or breaking a Slime crate. The more Slime collected, the more things the player can do with it. They can use it to charge attacks and make them stronger, cancel moves they normally can not cancel, lose launch momentum (allowing you to essentially live a devastating blow) and lastly, use Slime to perform your characters Ultimate.

All characters have their own Ultimates, though all damage the opponent 40% and have the same launch distance. Here are the timestamps for each character:
