১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
১ চা চামচ সরিষার তেল / 1 Tsp Mustard Oil
১৫০ মিলি সরিষার তেল / 150 Ml Mustard Oil
২০ গ্রাম আদা / 20g Ginger
৫৬ টি শুকনো লঙ্কা / 56 Ea Whole Red Chili
১ চা চামচ জিরা / 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
জল / Water
১ টি ছোট মাপের ফুলকপি / 1 Small Size Cauliflower
লবন জল / Salted Water
২ টি বড়ো মাপের আলু / 2 Ea Big Size Potato
১/৩ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/3 Tsp Turmeric Powder
১/৩ চা চামচ কালো জিরে / 1/3 Tsp Black Onion Seeds
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের পেঁয়াজ বাটা / 3 Ea Medium Size Onion Paste
