This story begins on the planet Alsatia. Comprised of six very diverse provinces, we focus on just one called Nuine. Once known as the Great Plains of Nuine, it has been industrialized for centuries. Of all the provinces, Nuine is the most technologically advanced. Run by an all powerful council, the disparity between the rich and the poor seems more dividing than ever before. Jetka and his team of vigilantes are visited by NET, the Nuine Enforcement Task when they are told there is a new tax increase within their district. Aware that this is an obvious lie used to steal, they devise a plan to send NET a message, warning them about their excessive force. Meanwhile Iylia, a member of the Nuine Council has finally decided to let Sebastian in on her chaotic plans. Nuine soldiers ready themselves to push into the elven province of Nyausha, as Princess Odessa and her knights are stationed there waiting to defend themselves. Lillin, the celestial witch, finally arrives in Nyausha with plans to summon the God of War, Horath.
