In a previous video, I cited research correlating the ability to stand up without using hands to a younger biological age. This one particular study makes it seem as though the ability to stand without using your hands will make you live longer.

It was only one study, however, it recirculates frequently. Although they found that correlation. The value of standing with no hands probably has more to do with having more leg strength, balance, and core stability. When those three things are combined, people tend to be stronger and healthier in general.
