So my ex husband takes the kids to Alabama for the summer time. He's has no family down there and he's works 50 hours a week. His on again, off again GF is 4 hours away. I've asked him who's watching our 11 and 6 year old while he's at work and at gym. And he's says it's none of my business. I've told him the welfare of the kids is my business. We have gone back and forth on this multiple time and I have tried to take time to court before this is happening but wayne county of Michigan court is hard to deal with, so it didn't work.
I've been asking him multiple times who watching the kids and he said he got legal advice saying He does not need to tell me who's watching the kids, vise a versa!
My 6 year old asked him who was watching her, and my ex tells her the gf will come down once in a while but she old enough to stay at home by herself. they are going to be 20 hours away from me and I don't know what to do. Doe he really not have to tell me who's watching them? Is there something I can get law enforcement to deal with? #familylaw #custody #summer #modernlaw #billietarascio
