Today, I made baked cream cheese cookies with plenty of cream cheese in the dough!
Usually, cream cheese cookies are baked by wrapping cream cheese in dough, but I made them by putting a lot of cream cheese in the dough. But strangely enough, when I ate it the next day after it had aged for a day, it tasted like cheesecake! It had a moist and fluffy texture, the cream cheese flavor was great, and it even tasted like cheesecake, so I really enjoyed it.

These cookies must be completely cooled before eating to enjoy them!
On the day it is made, it is crispy on the outside and moist and soft on the inside, with a slightly chewy texture. And after maturing at room temperature for a day, if you eat it the next day, you can enjoy it as a soft cookie that tastes like cheesecake with the flavor of cream cheese exploding.


Personally, I recommend eating it the next day!

The cookies I made today are a recipe I created after going through a lot of testing to create the cheesecake flavor I wanted and the pretty cracks.

▶ Ingredients ◀ Enough for 8 cookies, approximately 8.5cm in diameter
Preheat at 170℃ for 15 minutes, bake at 160℃ for 1516 minutes

50g unsalted butter
100g cream cheese
115g sugar
1g salt
Egg 17g
1g vanilla extract
2g lemon juice
110g allpurpose flour
2g baking powder
1g baking soda
