In modern China, the tradition of kung fu, massages, and health practices is rooted in thousands of years of history. Mawangdui is interesting. When you see a person doing an exercise, you think he is soft. But this practice helps men to become stronger and helps women to have a softer and better body.

We'll start doing this now. In China, in modern kung fu there are many different directions: baguazhang 八卦掌, taijiquan 太極拳, Xingyiquan 形意拳, 炮锤 paochui, 少林 shaolin, 武当 wudang, 峨眉 emei and others. Why are there so many styles? Because different earths have their own unique magnet. Different trees grow on different soils with different magnets. Different people live in different lands and have their own traditions. The culture about Yin and Yang comes from China. Why? Because in the east this historical place is called China 神州 shen zhou spiritual place. People have been practicing these exercises for a long time. In China, artifacts that were more than 2000 years old were discovered at the site where a house was built. When they started studying this information, they realized that it was very useful information. They saw that hidden inside this information was knowledge about Baguazhang, Taijiquan and many other energies. This knowledge is very useful.
