:: RECIPE ::


:: Ingredients ::

: Racks of ribs
: Rub of your choice
: BBQ sauce of your choice
: Squeeze margarine
: Honey
: Brown sugar
: Maple syrup
: Yellow mustard (or any other binder you want)

:: Process ::

: Get your grill up to 250/275 degrees with the smoking wood of your choice
: Trim any loose pieces off of your ribs
: Apply your binder and rub
: Put ribs on the smoker for 2 hours and be sure to spritz with apple cider vinegar (or water) every 45 minutes
: After 2 hours, wrap your rips in tin foil with brown sugar, margarine, and honey
: Put your now wrapped ribs on the smoker for 90 minutes
: After 90 minutes, remove the ribs from the foil and put back on the smoker
: Apply a layer of bbq sauce and let them sit on the grill for another 2030 minutes or until the sauce has rendered
