Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya's most famous national parks, known not only for its spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, but also for those classic scenes of elephants walking in single file over large, open plans.

In this video, I join Wild4 Photographic Safaris founder, Stu Porter, in Amboseli National Park for a whirlwind trip that introduces me to the stunning Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge the perfect base from which to explore Amboseli.

Although Amboseli was extremely dry, we saw plenty of birds and animals in the lush marsh, thousands of flamingos in the lakes, a couple of stunning elephant herds walking over the pans and even the top of Mount Kilimanjaro.
