It was born in 1943 as a radio station, being separated from one of its current competitors, and launched a TV station in 1948 that would forever change how Americans would see television. With it being the most important TV station IN THE WORLD, the American Broadcasting Company (commonly referred to as "ABC") has its interesting share in visual identifications.
