Amethyst is a stone of purification and protection, in this meditation we will experience an aura cleanse and take note of what our spirit guides are communicating to us. This is my second crystal guided meditation and I will say I may have held the mic a little too close, so there is lots of breath and whispers in this meditation, will adjust in my next one! You can choose to listen to this meditation for sleep as it will relax and get you in a deep state of relaxation.
