Dear friends,

after a long time we came back to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. We came to record some aircrafts departing on Schiphols famous runway Polderbaan and to record the Garuda Indonesia Retro/Government paint sheme and China Eastern with the CIIE livery some weeks ago.

Garuda Indonesia is the flag carrier of Indonesia, headquartered at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. In June 2007 the EU banned Garuda Indonesia from flying into any European countries, following the crash of Flight 200 earlier that year. With the support of the international aviation industry for all Indonesian airlines, the EU promised to review its ban. The ban was lifted in July 2009, after which Garuda began evaluating service to Amsterdam and other European destinations, as well as the United States.

Also other aircarfts like the last Martinair Cargo 747400F and Singapore Airlines Cargo 747400F departed on runway 36L. And one of the last planes to depart during sunset was PHBVA, the KLM 777300ER with the Orange Pride Livery. I hope you guys enjoy!
