We make it all the way to the Yukon Territory, where we make the quick detour to Watson Lake before making our way towards Carcross where we dip back down into BC. We spend the next several days exploring Atlin, camping, paddling, and hiking the area. This has definitely been one of our favourite locations so far during this trip and surely a place we will come back to soon.
Atlin, British Columbia, is a small, picturesque community located near the northern tip of Atlin Lake, the largest natural lake in British Columbia. Surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, Atlin is known for its rich history, particularly during the Klondike Gold Rush, when it served as a key supply point for prospectors heading to the Yukon.
