In this video we have discussed applications of impedance spectroscopy from: batteries, fuel cells, corrosion/coatings, sensors, solar cells/photovoltaics. We have given an example from sensors. We have built up a mathematical understanding, starting with Ohm's law, introducing impedance, discussing real and imaginary, touching on anglia frequency, talking about Argand diagrams, polar coordinates and cartesian complex planes. We discussed the Nyquist Plot and the Bode Plote.
