Extensive testing facilities are available in four separate fatigue laboratories at TWI Cambridge, with machine load capacities in the range 2 to 2,000kN. Our experience covers the full range from simple parent material samples to bespoke fullscale tests on large structural connections, from endurance testing to fatigue crack growth rate determination, from ambient conditions to specialised corrosive environments at elevated or reduced temperature, constant or variable amplitude loading and loading frequencies from 0.001 to 200Hz. Detailed analysis and interpretation of test data is our speciality. Standard tests are covered by UKAS accreditation.
