Casa La Quinta, designed by architects Pérez Palacios and Alfonso de la Concha Rojas, is a 350squaremeter home located in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, created for a retired couple. Surrounded by neighboring properties on its longer sides, the house is centered around three distinct courtyards that provide private outdoor spaces. The main courtyard features a swimming pool and a hammock, creating a serene retreat. The second courtyard is a gravel seating area with a tree, and the third is a smaller space. The house's design emphasizes inwardfacing views, utilizing creamcolored Corev on the walls to mimic traditional stucco. Large windows and sliding glass doors blend indoor and outdoor spaces, while minimalist interiors feature stone flooring, white walls, and exposed wooden beams. The openplan living and dining area, along with a wellappointed kitchen, master suite, and additional bedrooms, maintain a cohesive, elegant aesthetic. Casa La Quinta exemplifies thoughtful design, blending comfort and privacy within a harmonious setting.
