Learn about Quanah Parker (c. 1852–1911), who was a Comanche warrior and political leader. Parker’s Star House is presently located near Cache, Oklahoma, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. Unfortunately it has experienced flooding and deterioration in recent years. Architect Rick Lueb explains the findings of a 2015 structural analysis of the building.
