These 8 muscles pronate the forearm, flex the wrist, the fingers and the thumb.
Deep Group:
1 Pronator quadratus.
2 Flexor digitarum profundus.
3 Flexor pollicis longus.
Superficial Group:
1 Flexor digitarum superficialis.
2 Pronator teres.
3 Flexor carpi radialis.
4 Palmaris longus.
5 Flexor carpi ulnaris.

Arteries and Nerves:
1 Anterior Interosseous nerve.
2 Median nerve.
3 Ulnar nerve.
4 Radial nerve.
5 Brachial artery.
6 Radial artery.
7 Anterior Interosseous artery.
8 Ulnar artery.
