Añihué, the Island of Stopped Time
In Chiloé, amid the Chauques Islands, Añihué may appear, hidden between time and fog. Artisanal techniques are still used, and life moves at the pace of another era. During the Minga of the apple cider, everyone comes together to help in the work and enjoy the festivity.
