Hello, sorry I have to tell you that I no longer upload video files to Drive and Mega :(
I have no more available storage and I do not know of any alternative ... the best host is still Youtube so I can only advise you if you want to have the videos to use 4K Video Downloader for native quality or a YouTube MP4 site, (The videos will never contain a title, it will always be the originals to put them directly as wallpaper) or more simply go through the Workshop if you have Wallpaper Engine. (Link further down here)

Wallpaper Engine is a steam software which allows you to put animated wallpapers on your desktop. I recommend it you can import videos and you have the very large steam workshop. It costs ~ € 4. Another software that can import videos as wallpaper will do the trick, but I find Wallpaper more complete.
