The OMNI® Surgical System is a device used to perform minimally invasive, implantfree glaucoma procedures in adults with primary openangle glaucoma.

OMNI enables a comprehensive procedure (canaloplasty followed by trabeculotomy) that can be used before, in combination with, or following cataract surgery. The implantfree, ab interno procedure addresses the three primary areas of resistance of the conventional outflow pathway: the trabecular meshwork, Schlemm’s canal, and the collector channels. OMNI is effective across the full spectrum of primary openangle glaucoma (POAG) severity: mild, moderate, and advanced.
