10 g of anise seeds
8 g of baking powder
a pinch of salt
3 large eggs
80 g of sugar
40 g of aniseed liqueur
40 g of soft butter
Sugar syrup:
400 g of water
200 g of sugar
2 spoons of aniseed liqueur
Glaze the biscuits twice with half water and half sugar.
