Anne of Cleves was Henry VIII's 4th wife and the last one to die, surpassing Catherine Parr by 9 years. She and Henry never hit it off romantically. She was considered plain and neither had interest in one another. Henry put is annulment skills to good use with her and they both agreed to get their marriage annulled. She stayed in England, a financially independent woman and favourite of Henry VIII's court.

Catherine Howard was Henry VIII's 5th wife. Henry took interest in her during his marriage to Anne. She was the youngest of Henry's wives and also the most immature. She ended up having affairs with a man (Culpeper) during her marriage to Henry. I don't know what she was thinking given his history of beheading.

Catherine Parr was Henry VIII's 6th and final wife. She was very knowledgeable and used that knowledge to survive with Henry. She is comparable to Catherine of Aragon in terms of her maturity. After all, she was married twice before Henry and would marry a fourth time after he died. So she knew how to handle a marriage well.
