Today's activities have changed from thinning out seedlings to being back on the office, as my social care has been cancelled. I can't do things without assistance as I get into trouble and knacker myself out before I start gathering all the bits and bobs to do the activity.

Back to the office it is then, and let me just announce what I've been up to and planning.
FHT Education seminar asked me to record a training video which they will announce soon. This is for therapist and members of FHT Federation of Holistic therapists.

I'm currently working on the long asked for Restorative Touch therapy course and Towel Origami Bolstering course, there will also be more adaptation courses using the unique APP Formula I designed to create safe nurturing treatments through complex medical conditions, leaving therapist and client confident, relaxed and receive the best treatment.

5 years on now and without complementary therapies I don't think I would be as stable or even better here, you know they gave me 1 year to live back in 2019.
