NonLucrative Visa Spain is created for foreigners seeking to live in Spain fulltime without working or making a substantial investment. This residence permit allows you to remain in Spain for one year, with the option to extend your stay through the renewal procedure.
One of its most prominent qualities is the inability to engage in any form of economic or professional activity in Spain. In other words, you are prohibited from working for any company in the country. It is a nonprofit organization.
However, you do not need to invest in the country to acquire a visa. In addition to its few other requirements, this makes it an easy visa to get and complete.
With the nonprofit visa, all you need to worry about is having the funds to support yourself (and your family). You can obtain residency if you demonstrate that you have sufficient funds and that your stay in the country will not cost the government anything.
