A video from the Expedition Photographer, with beautiful highlights from the trip! This was the midDecember tour, from 6th to 20th of December, with the MS Roald Amundsen from Hurtigruten Expeditions. The journey took us to places like Drake Passage (passing our sister ship MS Fridtjof Nansen), Danco Island, Orne Harbor, Lemaire Channel, Port Charcot, Börgen Bay, Damoy Point, Whalers Bay in Deception Island, Point Wild on Elephant Island (where Shackleton's men stayed for a winter after the Endurance sank), Stanley, Saunders Island and New Island the last three in the Falkland Islands.
It was a truly wonderful trip, thank you so much to the guests that promised great weather at the beginning of the trip and really delivered on that promise!
