This is long and the first 10 minutes there’s not much going on. I show a lot of boring non tik tok like highlight reels. Duke got here a couple hours ago. Came out of the car with all his hair standing up, barking and lunging, but not a serious bone in his body. He’s just extremely nervous and was anxious The whole 6 Hour drive down here in the car. It’s my job to change his mindset not to punish the little things that we don’t like right now. The first 10 minutes is just me seeing who he is and if he has any interest in playing ball with me which he does love at home. Obviously he does not yet, but will take food. If I start with food, there’s no chance of him playing most likely. You’ll see the last seven minutes, I find what he loves, and that’s what we will focus on right now changing how he feels about himself and about being with me. Most people will not be able to sit through the whole thing. I totally understand. But real dog training is rarely exciting and most of what we see on the interwebs is edited bullshit with sexy music and elaborate editing. I could never do that.
