Anyone Can Do Push Ups: Here's How

Wondering how to do a pushup, or how you can build up to being able to do a push up?

Many people can't immediately jump into doing full push ups because they lack the upper body strength, or have sustained an injury or had surgery.

The best way to build up to them is to start at the beginning with a easier variant with perfect form and then gradually adopt harder variants.

In this video, I talk about four progressively harder push up variants that can take almost anyone in almost any state and bring them to full push ups in a very short amount of time.

They are:

1) Wall Push Ups
2) Knee Push Ups (Kneeling Push Ups)
3) Half Push Ups
4) Full Pushups

I also explains how frequently to train, and how many reps and sets to do.
